The conference is a part of the ‘Jean Monnet Module on EU Business Law’ (EUBLAW) project funded by the European Commission’s Erasmus+ Programme in the Period of 2016 – 2019. A XXXIII. Országos Tudományos Diákköri Konferencia Állam- és Jogtudományi Szekciója 2017. március 29-31-én a Miskolci Egyetemen került megrendezésre. Több, a Nemzetközi Köz- és Magánjogi Tanszék által gondozott tudományterülethez kapcsolódó dolgozat szerepelt sikeresen. Wellmann Barna Bence Mentesíthet-e a hét szűk esztendő a teljesítés alól? Avagy a nemzetközi adásvételi szerződések egyes felelősségi kérdései című dolgozata különdíjat kapott a Nemzetközi magánjogi tagozatban (konzulens: Dr. Glavanits Judit tanszékvezető egyetemi docens). Fegyveres Zsófia Orsolya Az Európai Unió kilátásai a nemzetközi migráció viharában című munkája különdíjat nyert az Európai közjogi és magánjogi tagozatban (konzulens: Dr. Ganczer Mónika egyetemi docens, Dr. Horváthy Balázs egyetemi docens). Mravik Balázs Áron a Nemzetközi magánjogi tagozat legjobb opponense lett.
